The Challenge - Create a 90's Traditional Home from an 80's Modern Structure...

A modern design from the 80s took on a new life as a result of a Tagland design. A new entry with arched windows was created to accent the existing arches over the garage doors, which happen to mask parts of the existing house.

A second story master bedroom was created to take advantage of a beautiful ocean view. The exterior of the room not only covers the entry, but adds another arch to the design. Additional windows not only created a feeling of the outdoors, but added to the overall design. The raised ceiling and extended living room provides more light throughout the new greate room of living, dining and kitchen. Two decks, one on each level brings the outdoors in with an ocean view.
